Response to Reality Check Blog at the White House

Here it is my response to the call from the White House for Americans to express what they think about Health care reform.

Although they want people to join their propaganda spin team and endorse their communo-fascist healthcare debacle. I decided to give what I think is the best approach to health care reform.

1. Tort reform. Lawsuits cost consumers billions over time.

2.expand HSA's Health Savings Accounts. Make them tax deductible, and or give a tax credit for contributing.

3.Make it possible for individuals and small businesses to form groups and get the same national rates that huge corporations like Microsoft, Ford Motors ,IBM etc. get

This is a simple common sense solution which Washington cannot accept because it is simple and common sense.

If you read this contact your congress man, and representative and ask them to support John Thune's and Michelle Bachman's common sense proposals for real health reform.

Common Sense in Washington?

Fianally! It looks as though someone in Washington has come to their senses and is proposing some common sense legislation on health care. Sen John Thune.

Heres what Mr thune has to say   “Our goal should be more choices and lower costs for individuals, families and small businesses".  source: http:// Healthcarefreedomblog.

Lets break this statement down. Mr. Thune starts this quote by saying we should give individuals more freedom of choice as well as lower health care costs. I like this. The foundation of his argument starts with the individual, and not with the government. Some how a great number of folks in Washington seem to think  that the power, freedom and cost, of healthcare should be controlled by the government.

They think the almighty state knows better than the -"common rabble and masses"- how to solve our problems! Nonsense as Ronald Reagan said "Government Is the problem'

Individuals - and not he government- should, in my opinion, have total and complete control of these issues, not some bureacrat! The great patriots of this country knew the people haad a hell of a lot more common sense than any government. Individual citizens are infinitly better able to make healthcare choices and decisions  than the federal government!

He moves on to talk about "families". Clearly Mr. Thune realises that families are the foundation -and backbone- of our society not government. The nuclear familie is the bedrock of any civilization. Any thing, and I mean any thing, that undermines the family, undermines society, and ultimately our freedom.

Sen. Thune wants to reduce costs for business. This is good. If business's are able to save money on healthcare costs, then they are better able, to afford things like capital improvements to expand, and grow their business, as well as increase worker wages and other benefits, and in the final analysis to make money.

I know,I know, someone out there is saying"those evil busines owners just want fatter profits". Well lets face it folks private business exists to make money. I always ask people like that, "would you work for free", this usually shuts them up. Everyone and every business works to make money.

Why does Washington always take something that really isn't broken, just in need of a tune up, and destroy it?

John Thunes plan finally brings  a dose of intelligence and sense to Washington!

Claire McCaskills true colors shining through or just a case of a stupid staffer?

While checking out one of my favorite blogs-The Patriot Room-This article caught my eye "Sen McCaskill staff give HC protesters the finger!"

On the page from the articles website there was a link to blog called "The Gatewaypundit". i stills was in a state of shock and disbelief just from reading the headline. At a time when congressional approval is at an all time low how could McCaskill approve of this kind of behavior?

Then I asked my self could this be an indication of Claire's attitude toward constituents that don't agree with her? I don't know. What I do know is that a few weeks ago I e-mailed Ms. McCaskill's office to urge her not to support cap and trade and never got a responding e-mail from her. About that same time I e-mailed some other congress people and did receive the automatic computer generated response.

Could this incident be McCaskills true colors shining through? Is this a reflection of the culture and atmosphere she has cultivated in the staff that work For her? For my part I want to believe that it was just a thoughtless act by a stupid staffer.

However it does call attention to what seems to be a disturbing trend by Democratic office holders toward holding anyone who disagrees with them in contempt! Don't they read the newspaper or keep an eye on the blogosphere? Seems not or else they might begin to figure out that Obamacare stinks to high heaven with the American people.

As a constituent of Ms. McCaskill I would like to remind her that the "People"-as in "We the People"- are her boss! We hired her-well I didn't I voted against her-we can fire her.

Their is something terribly wrong in Washington that seems to breed contempt in our elected officials for the people that they are there to serve us.

Well come 2010 I feel sure many of them will be packing their carpet bags for other diggs.

As for me I fully intend to vote against anyone with a D behind their last name!

People it's time to shout FREEDOM NOW!
